Training

This program is designed to assist employees increase self awareness and offer techniques for personal and professional growth and development. A healthy mind is a productive mind and we offer businesses the ability to ensure the mental well-being of their employees through counseling.

We train the next group of counselors and provide guidance so that there can be adequate support and emphasis on the importance of mental health. This also provides counseling students the opportunity to train and practise with a certified counselor.

We are passionate about the helping the community and raising awareness on the importance of mental health, to this end we offer free counseling services through various churches. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to therapy and that we play our part in supporting mental health wellness in our community.
